Hyrox: The New Standard in Fitness Racing
Hyrox was born in Germany in 2017 and has quickly captivated millions of athletes worldwide. With its motto "The World Series of Fitness Racing," Hyrox offers a standardised race experience that anyone can participate in, from professional athletes to amateurs.
Race Format

Why Is Hyrox So Popular?
Standardised Format
Unlike CrossFit, Hyrox races follow the same format everywhere. Hamburg, Dubai — same distances, same weights, same stations. This makes performance comparison possible.
Everyone Can Participate
Weights are adjusted by gender and category. Pro, Open and Doubles categories exist. The Open category is ideal for first-time racers.
Community Spirit
Hyrox races are famous for their atmosphere as much as individual performance. Thousands of spectators, DJs, light shows — race day feels like a festival.
